APPOINTMENT REQUEST FOR DENTAL CARE
When a dental appointment is reserved, our staff is ready to meet your needs in a timely and efficient manner. This reserved time is exclusively for you. If you feel you require a courtesy call, please request this from our administrative staff when you reserve your dental appointment. We ask that you help us by arriving at least 5 minutes before your reserved time. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
DENTAL EMERGENCIES
An emergency is an issue that requires immediate attention. We understand that dental emergencies are not limited to painful situations. That cosmetic embarrassment is very much an emergency! Dr. McCoy makes himself available (as soon as reasonably possible) for any dental emergency. We set aside emergency time in our daily schedule whether you are already part of our Dental Family or a New Patient. If you have an emergency dental situation during our regularly scheduled office hours, please call us as soon as possible so we can reserve time in our schedule for your emergency. If it isn’t during normal business hours, please leave a message on our business phone extension 12 and then call the emergency contact number provided.
